1. Agreement
By purchasing, downloading or using lolo Fishing Bot ("the Software") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.
2. What the Software is
The Software is an input automation tool. It simulates ordinary keyboard and mouse actions — the same actions a player would perform by hand — and carries out the fishing actions automatically according to the settings you provide.
The Software is not designed to:
- Read or modify server files.
- Access or manipulate server-side data.
- Exploit or interfere with the game server.
- Bypass server security or protection systems.
- Modify game files or server files.
It does not read, modify or access the game's server files, and it does not attempt to interfere with or manipulate the game server. Its purpose is to automate the actions required for fishing on our own private server.
3. Licence
A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software for the period stated on your order, on the number of devices stated on your order. Your activation code binds to a device the first time it is used.
You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, publish or give away your activation code.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, patch or otherwise modify the Software.
- Use the Software to provide a paid service to third parties.
4. Delivery
Your activation code and a download link are shown on screen immediately after payment and sent to the email address you provided. The download link is valid for a limited time (currently 2 hours). Your activation code does not expire before use. If your link expires you may request a new one at no cost.
It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by a mistyped address or by your mail provider filtering our messages.
5. Subscriptions and renewals
If you choose the monthly plan, you are starting a recurring subscription. Your card is charged the advertised amount today and again at the start of every billing period until you cancel.
Each successful payment extends the expiry of the same activation code by one billing period — you are not issued a new code. If a payment fails or you cancel, no further time is added and your code simply stops working when the period you already paid for ends. Time already paid for is never taken away.
You may cancel at any time on our cancellation page, using the email address you bought with and the last four digits of the card that paid. You may also cancel from the receipt or customer portal link provided by our payment provider, or by emailing support from the address you bought with. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
6. Refunds
Because each order delivers a unique activation code immediately, purchases are non-refundable once the code has been delivered. If the Software does not work and we cannot resolve the issue, contact support and we will review your case individually.
7. Responsible use while running the Software
Keep an eye on the game screen while the Software is running, and be ready to respond if another player or a member of server staff interacts with you. Do not leave it running unattended for long periods. Failing to respond to other players or server staff may be treated as a violation of the server rules, and the consequences of that are yours.
8. Use on other servers, and your responsibility
The Software is designed specifically for use with our own private game server. By using it you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for how you use the Software.
- We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from using the Software on any other game server, private server, public server or third-party service.
- You must comply with the rules, policies and terms of service of the server and game on which you use the Software.
- Using the Software on a server where bots, automation, macros or similar tools are prohibited is entirely at your own risk.
- We do not authorise or encourage users to use the Software to violate the rules, policies or terms of service of any third-party server or game.
- Any account suspension, ban, restriction, loss of progress, loss of items or other penalty resulting from misuse of the Software is the sole responsibility of the user.
- The Software is provided for its intended purpose on our own private server, and use outside that environment is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
By launching and using the Software you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and the risks associated with using automated software.
9. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Software, including loss of accounts, progress, items, data or profits.
11. Suspension
We may revoke a licence without refund if we determine it has been shared, resold, obtained fraudulently, or used to attack or abuse our services.
12. Privacy
We store your email address, order details, and the IP address and device identifier used to activate your licence. This data is used to deliver your purchase, provide support, and prevent licence abuse. We do not sell it. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version you accepted at checkout is recorded with your order and continues to apply to that purchase.
